Dr. Fowler has been providing outstanding dental care in Franklin since 1989. He is a 1979 graduate of Franklin Simpson High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science at Western Kentucky University in 1984. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Louisville in 1989.

To stay up to date on all the latest advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. Fowler maintains membership with several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the Pennyrile Dental Association, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Fowler also serves as a mentor in CEREC Doctors.

Locally, Dr. Fowler has served as the Franklin Rotary Club president and was honored with the Paul Harris Fellowship Recognition. He is an Eagle Scout and has served the local youth as a Scout leader for more than 25 years, earning many honors including Kentucky Scoutmaster of the Year. 

Dr. Fowler has been married for more than 30 years and has four adult children, two grandchildren, and several grand dogs. When not in the office, he enjoys the outdoors and can be found camping, hiking, backpacking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and beekeeping.
